What we welcome

Pitch explanatory pieces, comparisons, thoughtful accounts of common teamwork challenges, or guides to a particular kind of conversation or shared task. We look for a distinct angle, a respectful tone and advice that does not depend on unsupported promises or specialist authority.

What to include

Tell us the proposed title or subject, the main idea, who the piece would help and how you would approach it. Mention any relevant experience honestly, but do not imply credentials or results you cannot support. Original work should be written for readers rather than built around a sales message.
